Unauthorised deduction

My mobile 9960940002 taken from pune (India) brought by mistake by me abroad. Business promotion

calls are sent by Airtel, if I pick up I am charged.

RS75 deducted for roaming services which I have not asked. I did not use this mobile here. Will Airtel discontinue business promotion calls and also unwanted services provided by them?
