Wrong tariff rates charged on VCC recharge and inadequate reply from customer care reps

I asked airtel your customer care regarding VCC recharge and the told me that i can recharge with an easy recharge of 225 and with that i can make ISD calls to NEPAL @ 3.75 INR/min. So, yesterday 2nd Aug 09 i recharged of 225 and got a talk time of 203.99 INR later i called mobile no. of NEPAL by first dailing "1802103" as instructed than i dailed "009779841480471" the no. which i have to call @ 21:56 hrs on 2/8/09. i talked for about 18 mins. Later i checked my balance and i found that instead of 67.5INR (@3.75 INR/min) they have deducted 140 INR and at present my balance is 63.99 INR.

At same time i called customer care regarding this disperency and he told that till tomorrow every thing will be corrected and i should be charged @ 3.75 INR only. So, i waited till today morning but nothing happned still i have not got any refund. Than i called your customer care nearly 6 times today but nobody gave a proper clarification regarding this. Also they don't even launched a complain on this matter.
