Hi,
My reference number with Airtel is F542449956. I had asked for bill plan change to H15 CUG corporate plan a month back. Nothing has been done till now. I have registered numerous complaints with airtel customer care. They have wasted my time for one month and not one executive has given any proper information. Finally i was given a final date of aug 7th by when the plan will be activated. When i called on aug 10th, they told me they have updated the complaint status as resolved, but have not activated the plan. and i have to wait for few more days. They give no definite answer to anything
Airtel has the most pathetic customer service. I have wasted one month waiting for this plan and have spent hours on the phone asking them for updates.
Please help in getting this resolved.
