I am the costumer of the airtel postpaid mobile no: 9000890707, I changed f&f offer number since long back ago with oral communication of costumer care. But to my surprise when I called to C.Care those people are telling that you didnt changed the f&f number then how can u get the discounts. though I called up several times and informed to C.Care to change my no. My request had been made to deaf ear and moreover when I said to check if u have any doubt on this to plz check my recorded voice in your database. Now what I need is that as and when I informed about the discount from that date onwards till now, it should be implemented.
