Hi,

I have been complaining about inflated bills for past few bills. They have raised the bill of the time period when no one was at home. I am complaining every day, no one seems to be interested in understanding the problem. I was charged for the period, when i have requested for shifting. They dont even block the number during the time period. My bill used to come in the range of Rs. 1300.00 - Rs. 1400.00 per month. All of sudden it went beyond Rs. 4000.00 per month and next month it went upto Rs. 8588.00 I have been complaining to airtel for long time, no one is ready to listen to me. The strangest part is that they have raised the bill for the period for which no one was at home. I am not sure, what is wrong but there is definitely something wrong.

Customer Care team and billing team never listens to customers and they dont understand any thing. I have written to nodal offices too, and that didnt even solve the purpose.
