Deduction of balance

My mobile no is 9179556422 and yesterday i recharged my account of Rs55. and today i recieved a message from mobile office, but along with that message my Rs 10 balance was deducted without any reason.

this is the looting of costumers by airtel.

also if we activate mobile office on our airtel prepaid service sometimes the whole day pages donot open and 10 rupees goes in vain, these days these problems are occuring regularly...

please try ti short-out these problems
