I have been using the above service from last 2 and 1/2 years under CUG 199 plan. According to the plan Itemised bill service was free of cost, but suddenly it was stopped in Oct 07 without intimating me. I requested to their customer care executive and reactivated it. It was told by them that it is free of cost for CUG plan holders. But for the month of November 07 they have charged for the same and added in the monthly bill.
