No Cusomer Care Option in Hindi

I am using AIRTEL Prepaid in Delhi. On dailling 121 or 9810198101, and choosing language option Hindi, the next menu does not mention Customer Care option, and on pressing 9 (for talking to customer care) the automated message says that it is not a valid selection.

What a pity that Airtel overlooks this crucial point!
