Unneccarily balance deduction and no proper response from customer care!

Sir i am using AIRTEL SIM FROM LAST 1 MONTH AND I HAVE SUBSCRIBED GPRS FROM IT BUTNOW I HAVE UNSUSCRIBED IT FROM LAST 10 DAYS... I DONT KNOW WHY MY BALANCE IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM LAST 10 DAYS WITHOUT USING ANYTHING... SOMETIMES THEY CUT 10RS OR 40 RS... I TOLD ALL THESE THINGS TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE WAS GIVEN BY THEM, AND THEY SIMPLY CUT MY PHONE CALL... I WANT A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AND MY BALANCE SHOULD BE REFUNDED!
