Wrongly charged

I had recharged with 999 superlifetime card on dec 01. now instead of the promise of Re 1/- i m being charged Rs 2.25/-.i had contacted customer service hundreds of time but there is no response and no clarification received till date. if further i don't receive any clarification i will be compelled to go to consumer court. Is this the way the customers are satisfied!!
