Was told on taking a new simcard for blackberry that the verification department would take 48 hours to verify the address. They came to my house, verified the address but havent uploaded the same on the database. They are going to take more than 360 hours which seven working days (by the words of their customer care, escalation officer), The company is running a con job in the guise of a phone company.
