Dear Airtel,

my problem is that i have been suffring from airtel customer center when i want to talk with your (Airte) customer excutive than a ladie speaks out that in hindi language that '''''aap ane mob.se airtel type kare or use 121 pe bheje or aapka din mandalmaye ho''''''' but i want to talk with customer excutive MY AL FROENDZ CHAT is automaticaly activatd.i got the sms on 9-oct, 03:31pm that your AL FRIENDZ CHAT HAS BEEN RENEWD AND U HAVE BEEN CHARGED 30 RUPEES FOR 30 DAYS so and so. i got this sms 10 time now my airtel customer service means airtel customer center services are DEACTIVATED & i have been tolrating this kind of problem for last 2 months please AIRTEL do something for your CUSTOMER & i hope YOU (AIRTEL) will give helo to me in prompt.
