I am facing major issues with the network coverage for the Airtel at my residence, with more than 10 months into it, there has been NO resolution to this issue so far.
Only reason I am still with them because I don't want to change my number and waiting for number portability to start in India,
I have seen the worst customer service from the company and very disappointing attitude even from the Sr executives of Airtel. I have tried complaining through web, mail and calling them. NO USE
