Non activation of out going calls

Dear Sir/Madam

I took a postpaid connection of Airtel on 02 Jan 08 and same was activated on 03 Jan o8. Till 8 Jna 08 there was no problem. On the same evening, I received a call from Airtel that my address verification is required and after that I noticed that my outgoing call facility was deactivated saying that you have not paid your outstanding bill amounting Rs. 198.60. It was a surprize to me. On enquiry, I was told by one Mr Pawan that as verification could not be done, my outgoing facility has been deactivated and now man will come on 12 Jan 08 for verification. He also told that a man was sent for verification but you were not available. Later on, I came to know that the man has come and he was searching for "Vijai Kumar" ie not by my full name and I am not known by this name in the Co. If he had inquired by my full name, he would have been directed to me by our security staff. That time I was in our Factory premises only and my cell was in the office.

Subsequently one person (Mr Thakran), came on 10 jan o8 afternoon and verification was done. It was confirmed by him that the facility will be activated with in an hour. Since than I have enquired no. of times but still the outgoing facility is not activated.

Today is the third day I am without outgoing facility which is causing lot of inconvience. This is really too much as it is not expect ed from a Company like Airtel.
