Locking my simcard

Sir,

This is my 3rd complain regarding same problem within 20 days. but my problem didn't solve till now.

my problemis that i buy a airtel sim (9589186556) sim no. H38991930609214914595. this no is block after two month of purchaseing without any reason and information.when i recharge it two hour before it block.

I complain for it so many time but in responce i got only some phone call from airtel and they asking my problem every time but doesnot solving it.
