SIM card registration failed

I have taken a duplicate Airtel SIM on 16 Oct supposed to be get actived by the same day by 1 PM. But it didn't not happen even 19 th.

I had spoke to airtel customer care several times on 19 th and they asked me to take another SIM. Even then it didn't work. They were not able to answer why the SIM did not get active.

Then again I called and spoke to customer support manager on 20th and he assured me that it will get activate within 4 Hrs.

But till today no luck.

For me, it is really very bad experience with airtel.
