I was using my airtel SIM since last couple of years in a N72 handset. Last month, I found it to have no network signal. Instead of Airtel it was showing OFFLINE.
I contacted AIrtel customer care. I was responded as "Sir we are looking into the problem. And We'll call you back after 2 hours."
I contacted through Email also. But no solution was found. Atlast I contacted the nodal officer through mail.
I got the response that "Sir ur acount has no balance so u r facing such problem. Kindly recharge your account and you will get ur problem solved soon"
Now people at ARC suggest me that sir please change the SIM at a cost of 50 rupees.
Really pathetic response from people at airtel.
