My self received an offer in my Airtel mobile number 9895092363 that to get unlimited Internet usage on my mobile phone for 3 months by recharging with 98 & details to call 552552141. Dialing the above number ends in a recorded voice message that to enjoy unlimited internet browsing with out any restrictions for the coming 3 months by the above offer.

I am responded to your message and activate NOP by paying Rs. 98/- after getting clarification from your customer care that at is a different scheme & the only different is with my existing mobile office is that NOP is only can useable in mobile not in computer.

Mean while am in my mobile office offer & enjoyed for one month. After the times frame my self-log on to NOP, but the first day itself problems started. I cant able to access through the setting that you forwarded then I reloaded the setting and tried to access my mail and other community webs, but I cant. Again I am contacted to your customer care to get the details and informed that I can use unlimited Internet browsing on phone using NOP and again re-forwarded the settings, also diverted to the other number 12118 for more details.

While enquiring in the above number they informed me that I can only to access WAP sites by using this service not to Web sites. I am asked that person, what are all the sites come under WAP? He replayed what all are the sites displayed through NOP is WAP & else are Web.

I like to bring your kind attention that am activated the NOP service by getting repeated clarifications from your customer service and they all are replied the same, that I can use unlimited internet browsing with out any restrictions by the above service. But am diverted to the other number only after facing more troubles, then only am intimated the same.

Now I want to get one clarification that how you cut shorted the definition of “Unlimited Internet Browsing” as WAP sites only? If so how you provided Web as well as WAP, using the same word “Unlimited Internet Browsing” for mobile office offers?

As far as I am concerned this is as same as cheating the customers by hiding the details of your schemes and with out providing correct details from your customer care. More over I did not require your NOB service with this differentiations. Kindly look in to this matter and take necessary steps to return my money I paid for the same.

Your prompt action in this regard is highly appreciated.
