NOP DEACTIVATION

I AM A USER OF AIRTEL HAVING A PREPAID CONNECTOIN FROM PUNE.MY NO IS 09970045752.I HAD ACTIVATED MY "NOP" ON 18/01... I HAD GOT THE ACTIVATION MESSEGE THE NEXT DAY, BUT I WAS UNABLE TO USE IT AS SETTINGS WERE NOT WITH ME... I HAD GIVEN A DEACTIVATION MESSEGE ON 19/01..BUT A DEACTIVATION CONFIRMATION MESSEGE WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME.ON CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES THEY TELLTHAT MY NOP IS DEACTIVATED... BUT INSPITE OF THAT MY DAILY RENTAL OF RUPEES 5 IS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.I HAVE TALKED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SINCE THAT TIME..TILL NOW MY 40 RS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED..PLEASE SEE TO THIS AND TRY TO REFUND THE AMOUNT AND STOP THE PROBLEN OF DAILY RENTAL OF NOP FROM MY NO AS IT IS DEACTIVATED...
