Sir,

today in morning at abt 7:40, i received a message consisting an url related to mms, i go through the sms bt not opened url..nd then check my balance tht was aboutt 32.43 which was about 42.something last night after a few seconds another message arrived tht is..mms service activation charged rs.30, again i check my bal..now it was 10.89.after it i contact to customer care it was nt responding..in noon at abt 12 i again contact to customer care Mr sanjeev told me tht mms service is activated by u in morning tht charged rs.30.ok... i asked how to stop this service, he reply me to write stop nd send it to 121.i did same..and got message no service is activated on ur phone..i again contact to customer care nd said, there is no service is activated on my mob.no.then hw did u deducted my amount she reply me to wait..checking..after 5 min.call automatically terminated.after tht i again go thru the same, same happened with me again, after tht i again contact bt this time on pressing 9 (costomer care No.) they disconnected my ph.this happens several times.

SO pl. tell me... what should i do, hw can i got my deducted amt.

in real i did nt activated any services first,

secondaly hw the amt. is deducted in installments,

thirdly when i check to 121, i got messge tht no service is activated on ur ph.then why he is saying tht the service is activated by u...

so help me to make sum conclusion.thnx
