ISD Activation

We had procured the above mentioned mobile number along with 2 other numbers on the 16th January for our Company. We had requested activation of ISD facility (and International Roaming) on one of the numbers.

We have made at least 20 calls to Airtel Customer Torture Numbers (121, 98491-98491), have visited your Customer Harassment Center a few times to get the ISD services activated. Yet, our efforts have been in vain.

Just to prove a point we picked up a fresh connection from Vodafone and the ISD facility got activated the same day. It is no wonder that Airtel is vehemently opposing number migration. If number migration is allowed, I doubt Airtel will be able to retain any sensible customer.
