I got a recharge of Rs.299 done to get my international call rates to reduce from Rs.9.20 to Rs.6.99 per min. I was told by the customer care executive that I would get a talk time of Rs.266, instead I got just Rs.172 and then also my call rates were 9.20 per min. I spoke to your customer care executives Ms. Rupali, Mr. Mangesh and Mr. Indergeet, everytime they said let us check the details and the phone gets disconnected. I didn't got any results yet and now even I can't speak to a Customer care executive at 121 as on pressing 9 it says send and SMS on 131 and disconnects the call. I would like my issue to be resolved asap.
