Valadity exipired before time

Sir/Mam,

My self neha and my no. is 9810517138.

I had purchased a new airtel prepaid connection on dtd. 11 Dec, 07. My sim prices is Rs. 95/- within one year valdity and Rs. 50 /- talktime money.

So after activation, it show (balance - Rs. 50/-, valdity dec 10) that my valdity up to dec 10.

Now last seven days it show valdity Feb 06 and at the time valdity has expired. Then I called customer care, then they told me your dealer has cheated to you and said, you contact your dealer. Then I contact to dealer and he said that its airtel server problem.

So I want to know what is the exact problem and why it is showing valdity upto 6th feb. Now my No. is not working. and what should i do and please kindly take earliest action because i am facing lot of problem without mobile. My other contact no is 9350545638.
