In december i took a tarrif of Rs399 which had a validity of 6 months.
on 12th februaryat 3.43pm IST i was in roaming zone, i had recharged my number 9896372283 for rupees 35, but the shopkeeper recharged it for Rs34 which was actually a tarrif plan. so what i face now is a situation in which my proir tarrif has ben cancelled without verification, and i m now active with that Rs34 tarrif plan. i feel robbed. pls with all due respect i want to request you to restore my Rs399 tarrif plan and Rs34 as soon as possible.
