Unable in online bill payment

Hello,

I am airtel customer. As my usage exceeds my credit limit. My outgoing services will be temporarily withdrawn. But when I try to do the immediate online payments I am not able to logged in. If I reset the password I got the screen like "The page cannot be found". So please tell me what should I do???
