Airtel Customer is a Piece Of Shit
I have had this on gong issue but till date they have not changed my Bill Plan. I have copy pasted the mail Chain.

I had requested to change my my bill plan. As per the Information
bleow it was supposed to be changed by 27th March but I had
contacted your customer care at 121 and they informed me that the Bill
plan has not been changed. I would like to know the reason why the
bill plan has not been changed and by when would it be changed?
