Not received value for the money paid

I have got a recharge done for Rs.333 on 4th of april where i was promised a talk time value of Rs.333. after i got the recharge done, i received only Rs.266 of talk time. when i asked the customer care executive about this, he says that this offer is not valid if the recharge is done through internet banking where as this hasnt been specied before hand that offers are not valid on internet banking.
