Company disconnected my cell phone without giving any notice for the same. I am using the number for over 4 years and never defaulted anytime on the payment of monthly bills. For last 4-5 months, I have linked my monthly billing with ICICI credit cards and they are paying the bill around 4 days before the actual due date.

On taking up the issue with service providor, I was told that some other consumer, mistakenly, deposited Rs.600.00 in my account. Resultantly the company issued my bill with, less dues, which were paid by ICICI credit cards. Later on the complaint of the that customer company reversed the entry and discinnected my connection without any intimation to me. I have taken up th eissue and several mails were excahged, but no one is coming to the point of intimation before disconnection. All they are asking is to pay Rs.600 for re-activation of the connection.
