Dear Airtel Team,
I found tha airtel doing fraud with customer. Today (17-Jul-10, 12:55) i received one call from airtel regarding mobile mirchi.
I did not purchase this scheame but automaticaly i received msg on 14:57 (17-Jul-10) that i had subscribe this service and after few minuts airtel deduct my Rs.10/- from my account.
And after deduction of Rs.10/- my balance is now in minus. Due to insufficent balance now i m not able to call me contact and facing some very serious problem.
I want to know why airtel company doing fraud with there geniun customer.
I want my deduct amount as soon as possible.
this is not first time i m facing the problem.
