I have been geeting frequent call and sms from AIRTEL and in the same line i have asking them for my bill. Since 14th Apr ownward i have been after the airtel for non recpt of bill. But till due date they had given n... nos. of assuarances and were assuring abuout the delivery of bills but all stand false. AND Now after due date they are threatening to stop the services. I had followed all their guideliness like ebill, sms bnr etc etc. I have so many proofs and the name of the person harrased me. after all this still i am yet to recieve the Bill. I think the problem with the airtel is they have recruited so many lathargic manpower and do not have any quality manpower. Through this forum i want a help to streamline the process so that every month i should not come across with such situation.
