SIR, I M USER OF M.NO. 9560034704. COMPANY HAVE CHARGED RS. 5 FOR RENEWAL OF WORLDCUP AS PER FOLLWING DETAILS:

20:31 ON 3/2 RS.05

12:48 ON 7/2 RS.05

10:44 ON 8/2 RS.05

15:12 ON 9/2 RS.05

16:28 ON 11/2 RS.05

16:45 ON 13/2 RS.05

TOTAL RS. CHARGED= 35.00

I DON'T ACTIVE ANY WORLD CUP SERIVE BECAUSE I CONFIRM BY SMS TO 121 "LAST" SERVICE REPLIED. NO PREVIOUS TRANSICATION FOUND. I TRY TO CONTECT WITH COSTOMER SERVICE BUT AFTER SOME TIME GET DISCONNECTED THE PHONE BY COSTOMER SERVICE.

PLZ. TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND RETURNED MY AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.
