I am using an airtel prepaid sim with mobile no. 9995273258 and on last saturday 7.6.08 at around 10.30 pm my mobile got switched off. and when switched on the phone indicates that "sim rejected".
I have already posted my complaint with your customer care the next day itself but i didnot get any service saying that sunday is an holiday.
But on monday i contacted with my area office at karamana, but they directed me to jagathy, then to pattom and atlast to kuravankonam at thiruvananthapuram, kerala.
Till now i have not recieved any service but they have asked me to take a duplicate sim worth rs 150/- . For a fault that was not occured from my hands why should i pay for it. and when i enquired the customer manager replied that they can`t give any assurity that even if i take a duplicate sim that this error may not occur.
Is this the way to reply a customer, do u think that this is the way to behave.why should i use your network only when other services available.
Since my sim caries a validy of around one and a half years and have valid talktime i insist on my sim.my network is been on hold for 4 days by now including today.
Your customer service is not at all satisfactory and they no one knows what should be done directing the customers to other places to throw the headache from their heads.
hope for good service still makes me patient since i am airtel user for a long time.
