Wrong value added service

My mobile no is-9818790584 and i am regulary getting a quotation line as message from company valu added service for they deduct some charges.i have nothing to do with this service.the service no is -529061 and 52906.i request you to please deactivate this service as early as possible otherwise i have to discontinue my mobile service and go for some other soloution/option.
