Your agent Mr Ajit advised me to change my message centre number, even after doing that a few minutes later I was getting the same pop up for balance deduction so called and spoke to Yogesh and asked him for senior he gave the call to ms Sapna, I told her even after changing my message center number how come the messages are still going out, she said that she will investigate the same and she will call back with 24 hrs, but that 24 hrs never came back till date. Later I spoke to many more people they told me the same thing that they will investigate and get back to me and also said that there is a problem in the phone # that is why the messages were going out.
