RESPECTED SIR,

My name is BC BHAGAT. I am living in delhi. I am using predpaid connection AIRTEL COMPANY, My complaint is that my balance from my 8826817284 account 30 rupe deducted without ANY my infomation /confirmation yesterday 21/05. and got message "THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING AIRTEL RADIO SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs.30 FOR 30minS OF MUSIC.

i requested to stop the service, they did it but they have not given my balance back.

please kindly help me
