Unable to solve the problem

Hi,

I had a post pad connections for 3 years, and then i migrated to prepaid. My prepaid sim card got actived and i got it recharged for 500 Rs. I was able to make calls and receive call thereafter.

After a week i was not able to make calls or receive calls. I logged a complaint with the customer care but went invain. I again logged a complaint but again went invain.

Its been a month from now still i am not able to make any outgoing or i am getting incoming calls.

I had a vey bad experience with the customer care people.

I have been not able to call the customer care people also..

A SHAMEFUL AIRTEL SERVICE...

PLEASE DON'T GO FOR AIRTEL SERVICE
