Hi, Is it justified on the part of airtel, to charge, for internet (@Rs.15/-per day) without getting the consumer details of whether the mobile used is compatible for Internet, whether the setting are working, or at least activated, Though I have requested for activation, nothing has been done, no help regarding manual setting of gprs on my mobile and was asked to send a sms saying 'query and complain the details which would resolved next 24 hours. Please help
