I have a postpaid connection No-9748756962. from 27.08.08 my connection is disconnected without any instruction given to me, when i discussed tthe same with customer care executives than they reply me that on 11.08.08 they give the instruction by the sms regarding my connection, but i hd received the sms regarding my hello tunes services than how my connection is off, and the executive told me that for restart of my number i have to submit a letter in airtel outlet.

so i submit the letter, But i dont know that how my connection is off without any instruction and my all bills up to july 08 are cleared.

please start my number as soon as possible.
