Not closing the connetion

I have taking a new connetion on 11/08/08 no is 9987576789 sim no is 8991920806088731855 but it is still not ACTIVE so i visit the AIRLET borivali west branch THAT i want to take connetion i have visited 3 times but they are not able to solve the responce over their is very bad insted of the manager is saying that that we can not help you she is not redy to HELP to solve the problem so what should i do &
