The phone number of my daughter was 9903737430. this was pre-paid connection. it was noticed that when balance was available the phone stopped receving incoming or responding to outgoing calls. when salt lake, kolkata office was approached they told that number is not available. i enquired how my number could be allotted to anyone else when i have paid for the number. after few days salt lake, kolkata office told me that you require to submit all the documents again and to pay all charges once again. why? i must say that TATAIndicom services are the best. request airtel official to solve the problem. 9239012486
