I CALLED UP AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ON 20TH SEPT AT 12:15PM TO KNOW ABOUT MY COMPLAINT, ID 102400282300.. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ANSWER THAT THE EXECUTIVE GAVE ME SO I ASKED HIM TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SENIOR OR THE FLOOR SUPERVISOR BUT HE DENIED N AFTER FEW MINUTES ON INSISTING THE EXECUTIVE STARTED A RUDE CONVERSATION THAT LEAD TO A CALL DISCONNECTION.. THE EXECUTIVE ACTIVATED (JOKES PACK), (LAUGHTER CLUB), (VAS PACK 30) IMMEDIATELY..THE EXECUTIVE'S NAME IS PRASHANT. I REQUEST TO A STRICT ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THAT EXECUTIVE AND THESE KIND OF ISSUES CARIED OUT BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES...
