I am useing Airtel Prepaid services under Phone No 9934926631 since last 3 years. For the last 6 Months I got activated GPRS Service which was working properly, but since 25.05.2008 the service is not available in the area of my residence i.e Madnani Lane, Near MDDM College, Oppesite HDFC ATM 250 metre Northward, Muzaffarpur (Bihar).
Sir, I have tried my best to contact 121, but every effort of mine has went in vain. Please look into the matter and restore services at the above location.
