Reactivation

Hi,

This is bring in to your kind attention that someone stolen my mobile and i requested to block and dublicate sim for the same number to Airtel. The incident happened on 14th sep 2008 and am writing this complaint on 21st sep 2008. I have all the escalation mails with me and call details in which i had requested for the reactivation of the number but i didn't gat any satisfied answer.

Kindly do the needful.
