I had an airtel sim card. When i lost the mobile phone, i lost the sim card as well. i informed airtel that the mobile had been lost and therefore the sim needs to be deactivated. after 3 months i received a lawyers notice stating that i need to pay the service charges for all these months, though i have not received a replacement nor utilised any of their services. is there anyone who can guide me as to what action is required on my part?
