Non-friendly attitude and diminishing services from Airtel

I am an airtel customer having a prepaid connection. I am from Gurgaon. I recently recharged my mobile number withn Rs.200. Within a period of 5 -7 days My connection was blocked by Airtel saying something regarding so called VALIDITY. Some of the amount was deducted already during recharge by Airtel management. I am still having a credit more than 130 Rs. in my mobile but my incoming calls have been even stopped by these people. I contacted Airtel customer care service on 121 and submitted my complaint to them. I did not get any reply from them except that the validity has expired and this validity has to do nothing with the recharge made by me recently. P requested the so called Airtel customer care to send me all rules regarding the operation of my mobile on mail at my mail ID but they refused same with a straight forward answer that same cannot be done at all. Believe me friends I am SO MUCH dissatisfied for the deteriorating services from Airtel. I am having 3 mobiles and one Broadband connection from Airtel. I am sure that I will disconnect all these soon.
