SBI Account debited but not updated by Airtel

Respected Sir,

I made a swipe of Rs.1014 at Airtel Postpaid centre with my SBI debit card. But the transaction failed due to some error. But my Account statement says the amount has been debited (but fails to mention to whom). Airtel people say that it is not debited to their account but Bank says it has been debited. Can you guide me in the right path so that i can take an appropriate action.
