I have tranferred my work place from Mumbai to Amravati in maharshtra state and want to change my billing address to Amravati (maharashtra state). However when i approached to Airtel representatvie he has shown his inability to do so due to system constraint as i have been infoemed that the bombay Airtel circle & Maharashtra airtel cirle are different & has no connerction. as such the billing address can not be changed to amravati & there is no solution to this problem. I would like to exprtess my displeasure on the type of service Airtel is providing and would like to know the solution to this problem
