I have facing a problem regading the deduction of Rs1 from last THREE month

I have received a message from 64611001 Subsher Text Based servece.

Since August the Rs1 has been deducted

I was really angree that the customer care neglecting this problem I also make a complaints through internet

Please Deactivate this and solve my ploblem as early as possible
