Forced payment of fradulent changges

Hi,

I have taken an airtel postpaid connection under Advance rental (one year 1199) scheme on 10th May. On 05th May i have asked Aritel to convert my postpaid to prepaid as i do not want to continue with advance rental plan. But i have been told that advance rental of 1199 for next year has already been chanrged to my account. I made so many request and show my concern for unwilinness to pay 1198 for next year. But nothing happened and finally i have made a request to close my connection. After that, Airtel harassed me through all possible ways and forced me to pay the fradulent charges of 1198.

When i paid the charges, i re-issued the connection as i know i can use the connection for one more year because i have already paid the rental for next one year. But then in next bill i have been charged a fresh rental of 298. When i complaint that i have already paid advance rental and i should not be charged monthly rent, Airtel does not agree. The said we can not find out that you have paid for any advance rental.

This is a complete harassment. I am a software engineer and i do not have time to go to consumer court. Can i get justice through this forum?
