Un nessary for balance redused

Dear sir,

I am Karthikeyan, I live in Tamilnadu. My mobile no is 919790122597 (Airtel). Last fewdays my mobile balance was reduced for unnessary reasons .16 -10 that day morning my balance was redused for Rs-99/-on un nessary reason. Suddenly i was contact the customer care. The customer care officer said, That problem was cleared for five days. But that problem is not cleared (refunded). So i was contacted the custemer care at 21-10 morning. The customer care officer said, I will call at after two hours, But not called me. So i was contacted the custemer care at 2.40pm 21-10 .The customer care officer said, I will clearing the problem& call at after half an hour. But not called me. So i was contacted the custemer care at 7.10pm 21-10 .The customer care officer not responsible. He said, I will clearing the problem for 24hrs. So i am wexed. Please take immediate action for grand me
